How he in the trailer talking about beating back father time/expectations while the Jets are 4-10? 
His management team about to make him a meme and this doc should've been released post-retirement during HoF inductee convos.

For football players that refers to when that CTE kicks in.
I just finished binging it about two hours ago. It actually had a handful of poignant moments of self-reflection sprinkled throughout. For example, after Rodgers wins the Superbowl, he talks about celebrating, then being on the bus ride home @ 1am and realizing he doesn't know what to do w/ the rest of his life.
Unfortunately, these moments are always drowned out by 5x as many dumb quotes he makes throughout the movie. There's an endless supply of dumb smart nikka quotes throughout. One example is one of the cringiest/funniest moments in the doc... Rodgers is chilling on a rooftop, lounging w/ two girls in bikinis and he's tryina drop facts to them about Greek mythology like some high school kid. Also, it's painful being the sober person as he talks about being spiritual and ahuyasca for half the doc.
The movie could've been more critical as well, they didn't gloss over his fukkery, but they didn't challenge him on it either.
It was interesting at times, seeing how Farve did him dirty and then how the same setup occurred w/ Jordan Love, but he choose not to be a dikk to Love. Seeing behind the scenes after his injury was unique too.
Doc was OK. I'd give it 6.5/10.
