don't know why people keep mentioning kd, if he doesn't sign with the dubs, ok, you have one more team (in a small market) that's competitive, that's not moving the needle. you'd have SA, GSW, and OKC out west - 2 of 3 are small markets and Cle would still stand alone in the East...another small market. NBA needs its big market teams to matter and for their "stars" to have more international appeal

Pacers getting denied a finals appearance, lol. 90's pacers teams just couldn't get over the hump. Jordan, Ewing, Shaq, & Sprewell all kept Reggie and the pacers out, haha.

Actually CBS nba coverage was actually better.
Yet, NBC had the rock star presentation thing down and had mike to make it look as good.
It still never delivered to me as an actual watch past mike and Marv Albert

I guarantee you NBA audience has the highest cable cutting numbers that don't register...all the other leagues rely on older less sophisticated viewers...

and that's horrible for the nba considering majority of their games are on TNT and ESPN. Less numbers they get the less money they're going to offer next time around when the TV contracts are up. Like I said the bubble is mighty fat right now
