So I know this guy who has a house for sale. Me being the ultimate finesser that I am instantly saw a money move


I came up with some fake ass documents and posted an ad on Craigslist saying I was renting it. Sure enough some sucker came giving me some sob story on how his bytch kicked him out and was basically homeless. The $500 rent is what attracted him because he just started a new job making $12 an hour.

I gave him some bs on how he’s approved and all he needs to do is send me $500 deposit and I’ll send him the keys

I caught somebody doing that shyt about 2 years ago while I was looking to rent. I forwarded they info to the real owner of the house and the police. If I, or a family member ever got that shyt pulled on me/them, I would contact the cops, and if the cops couldn’t get me my money back right away, i would find you, and we could shoot the fade, or I would put a whole entire bullet in your body. If you die, you die thiefs, especially cash thiefs that can’t recoup through insurance, are fukking scumbags
