lol yes but I am not too good and tossing the dough...but my sauce is that piff...I use it with my lasagna and spaghetti...I can send you the recipe I started with...

but I tried this one the other day...my taste testers enjoyed it...

Damn, I know that graveyard shift gotta be a bytch.

My shift on the weekend isn't bad at all. I have a TV at my desk that I can catch a couple of football games on. I have a 2 screen set up so I can have my work on one screen and a movie on the other. I have my headphones in so I don't bother anyone, and I can get on the internet. I may work 4pm-12am but it's not bad at all really. It may be every 3 or 4 months where we're busy but it doesn't bother me one bit.
