Mid grade and super are both unleaded gas .if your car takes regular no problem if it takes premium it shouldn't hurt unless you try to speed.
Shouldn't be an issue assuming, unleaded regular is the minimum requirement for your car

I didnt notice until it was too late but i put over 5 gallons of mid grade unleaded into my regular unleaded car. I was hearing horror stories of the car exploding and the engine starting to knock. It freaked me out i drive a 2018 nissan altima

So you would have these low rank brehs trying to stunt for their girl on a weekend. Could not get a rental car cause they were young etc. My breh would charge 300 for a weekend. He was fully booked for months in advance .

If putting lower grade in high grade was so bad, rental cars that required 93 would be broke down on the side of the road all over the place.
