Same here. Like I said, I went to iTunes and got the beat. I've never thrown shade at ALC for working with his buddies, or "Why is he working with Currensy instead of Nas?" I respect wanting to hang with your friends, make music for fun, and stop trying to chase placements and checks after almost 2 decades into the game. Dude is paid and has a Grammy, and has worked with everyone but Jay-Z.
But man..Riff Raff? I'd heard they'd done some joints, and I guess oddly enough I kinda dig the hook. But I just don't think I'll ever be able to get into Riff Raff rapping. The flip side is that if I do have to hear Riff Raff rhyme, I'd rather it be with producers I like.
That said, I really hope we don't get an Alchemist and Riff Raff project.
I do think his vines are funny.
If an ALC/Riff Raff album happened, I know that a small part of my brain would have to try to convince itself that Domo Genesis is a top tier, elite level artist. Yeah, I really hope this doesn't happen.
