There being more women with multiple awards than men corroborates what I’m saying as it lands true the fact that there’s a smaller pool of potential winners for women thus it’s “easier” to win it repeatedly. It’s simple math.

i don't think acting is much different to music for which a lot of the awards aren't. what we talking about here, entertainment!
men have been playing bytches for decades in the movies lol

but in the end.... again we are talking about entertainment. i don't really care if it goes either way, i don't see why people are in a rage against it though

“Best Director” is non-gendered. Only three women have won. Pool of potential winners is bigger. More competition. Winners will be spread out over a larger number of candidates. Hard to win repeatedly. I’m not even accounting for biases

“Best actor” is gendered. Women win within their category. Pool of actresses is smaller than one of a non-gendered category thus more likely to have repeat winners. Your original post was even made with the erroneous assertion that it’s a non-gendered category. It IS gendered.

Now, what are you talking about and what’s the point you were making? And how does it apply to any of what I said?
