Just wondering, looking into purchasing one.. seeing if any current owners had any rants or raves on the car.

decent traction in the snow/ice with the SH-AWD.

cramped, not enough space for an SUV, but the lack of space gives the RDX a feel/handling of a car (doesn't drive like a boat, like some other SUV's).

zippy single turbo 4 cylinder engine. (won't break any quarter miles, but gets the job done none-the-less).

good looking accommodating interior, although it can get lost in the crowd on the exterior styling (lack of "exotic" styling).

mediocre gas mileage. (depending on your driving habits).

honda made parts = reliability.

can pick up a certified one up for pretty much dirt cheap.

*Source* Cousin has had one brand new since 2007. (7 years running strong). & had the opportunity of test driving a model year newer for work.

what makes you want an RDX as opposed to a different SUV?

Honda reliability with the Acura luxury. I've driven one before as well but it was only for a brief moment while I was a Honda employee.

This is going to be my first car purchase post college graduation so I'd like to get something nice and a step up from my Spec V.. And the RDX piqued my interest with used ones being within what I'd like to spend and the turbo 4 cylinder is a nice touch. and like you mentioned I like that it doesn't drive like a boat like some other SUVs.

Their great cars, the only negative I can think of is the MPG is a little low. I'd have no problems coppin one.

MPG being low isn't of concern really. My daily drive to work is about 8-10 minutes depending on traffic...as long as I can average 23-25/gallon on mixed driving I'll be ok.
