Not really sure what y'all want here. Sterling owns that team and has every right to hold onto it until he dies. Possession is 9/10ths of the law. The NBA forcing him out would be unprecedented (Marge Schott was forced out by the minority owners of the Cincinnati Reds, not MLB).
If Sterling doesn't want to sell he can afford to fight in court for years.
