The Full 2025-2026 NBA Schedule of Games Coming to NBA on NBC and Peacock
We already know the awesome slate of NBA Tip-Off games that will start the 2025-2026 basketball season, and now NBC Sports has unveiled the complete lineup of every single regular season game coming to NBC and Peacock this fall — and it’s absolutely enormous.www.nbc.com
He should have pivoted and mentioned the major increase in games on terrestrial TV instead of the broke boys comment.
He did, but shyt like that doesn’t go viral. Everyone in this thread got sucked in by sensationalism. There’ll be more free-to-air games this season than in the last two decades, but let TheColi tell it that Silver /NBA are trying to kill the league.
bu-bu-but the ammo NFL stans have for the NBA.
We've already seen the Right use the NBA as target practice, from BLM to ratings talk.this is the equalivent of a member of the burgeoning Nazi party being honored
check out The Jewish Enemy by Jeffery Herf. That comparsion is no exaggeration. The
Nazis had to socially build and normalize themselves to become the Nazi party as history remembers. The extreme right is in an advanced stage of that same process
I can honestly see the NBA being attacked and destroyed as an institution in the near future. Not because it's some progressive formation or some base of Black power... its nowhere near neither. But it has the superficial image of such and to take that out would be invaluable political fodder

Y'all worried about some throwaway comment about the product, meanwhile, the NFL out here honoring a racist demon.Tried to tell these TMZball stans

I posted this in the other thread -
The NBA has always been a highlight sport (at least in the modern era), so I don’t see why anyone is taken aback from it being described as such. The very fact this board has primarily talked about a handful of players over the last 10+ years should tell you as such.
80%+ of fans consume the product through highlights and box scores. Only a small minority are watching full games on a nightly basis. And even they watch highlights of games they missed.
Playoffs are essentially the only stage when fans can check in and watch games in their entirety, when the games don’t all overlap and the number of them are drastically reduced.
It’s why hoops discourse is centered around moments during a game rather than a discussion about it as a whole. Did you see that dunk? Did you see x-player hit that turnaround to beat the buzzer? Did you see that full court pass?
Pretending the NBA has been anything but that is being disingenuous.
