Adding Custom Smileys to our default + New Smileys for 2019

How can we add custom smileys to the pre populated default list of smileys.

Also, I think in 2019 we need to rethink which smileys are the default. Some smileys aren't too relevant anymore tbh

When you scroll over you name at the top right a drop down pops up, click 'your smilies' and add from there.
