breh …. This is you?
congratulations on achieving your original style

Thank you! Yes this is me. What about that sampler makes you say I achieved my original style? I appreciate that a tonne. I dropped my first album in 2002 on CD and have been committed to learning and refining my music ever since.

Here's one of my music videos

Shout out to anyone on Coli making original Hip Hop albums. I hope to see and buy pressed up copies.

It's like some big hip hop isn't it.

Some tours pop off.

Some major Indies isn't it.

Then you have great instagram rappers with albums and shows at bars where 5 friends show up.

That's where the release is in 2023 and those artists deserve success.

Through and through rappers who are passionate.

If you see this and plan on dropping an album, just do it. fukk the industry.

This is very well produced.

I tend toward the more rappity rap, fantastical sort of #barz, so the subject matter was a little flat to me.

Overall, good stuff.

Thank you homie. Is there anything about the production that makes you feel it's well produced in particular?

At least thru the phone the engineering sounds clean and I like the classic 90s kinda style.

And the beat is dope on top of it being well engineered

@Crumple

Been focusing on live performance (via recording one take into the phone). Feeling like I found more to my style that way.

Havent even tackled making new beats yet but that's next. When I get that going, not really thinking albums, just putting out joints on the reg. One hit is the key, to me.

Here's one of my beats from like a decade ago (did the vid just recently)

Wow, that's the first time a Coli breh quoted one of my rhymes. Thank you.

I had alot of anger and hurt in me over the last two years. Maintaining a long term loyal relationship in 2023, food and rent costs sky rocketing, how I feel the music industry and I should be doing better.

I put my everything in this album. Thank you.

Some of this sounds like horrorcore, I dig it

Thank you, that means alot coming from you. Especially what a die hard fan you are of Insane Clown Posse and Three Six MaFeeAhh.

1. Is there any track on the sampler that gives you the most horror core vibes?

2. What's that ICP record with cover that looks like a cartoon and the yellow brick road.

Nightmare Fuel is the most Horrorcore album I've made. My music was always dark, but this is the grimiest. I programmed some drums but also researched over 300 breakbeats and picked like 7 of the dustiest for this album. And I picked very rare samples and sounds. Very different.

I also went back and studied Mac Mal, MC Right, Brotha Lynch Hung, Gravediggaz and Gangsta Nip for this album.

Cool. I read that.

Please just drop an album. Do the art for a CD - tray card, cover and CD.

Having an official album even self pressed is official.

It's like staring at a Led Zeppelin, or Raekwon Vinyl for hours - but it's original - and yours. Do it!
Just take all the loosies and compile them on one album. Just 10 tracks and done!
