ADOS, how do you describe "Soul" ?

I grew up listening and watching movies , shows, music, speeches, and read literature from African Americans to be precise, and I can be familiar with it. However, I dont think I could really describe it or put it into words. To me, I just know its something you can feel as a black person. But I was wondering if my fellow ADOS could explain it to me better as if there was more to it.
