I heard it's worst when you're an adult so I'm a bit scared because I've never had them

My sister got them when she was younger but somehow I never got it. My mom ended up catching it but had mild symptoms. She used calamine lotion but now they don't recommend using it because it dries your skin out.

I've also heard people recommend Aveeno because the oatmeal soothes the itch.

I had chicken pox at 5 and then again at 16 and then I gave it to my 40 year old mom at the time. Its much worse as an adult

I got it around 1st-2nd grade. Right in the middle of a school lay actually My upper bicep started itching like crazy so I scratched the hell out of it. It popped! Still have the scar till this day. Teacher rushed me out and my parents drove me home.
