Im leaving the house to get wingstop right now :damn:

How long you supposed to have it? Get better soon breh.

Fried chicken is just so damn good :mjcry:, don't end up like me breh

They say it's meant to last between 5-10 days, on day 3 and I'm itchy

I got it around 1st-2nd grade. Right in the middle of a school lay actually My upper bicep started itching like crazy so I scratched the hell out of it. It popped! :scust: Still have the scar till this day. Teacher rushed me out and my parents drove me home.

I had to give it to my brother because he never got it and was in middle school :lolbron:
:damn: Thank god I ain't scratched any, I ain't tryna scar

I got it when I was like 5. It was the best ever! I spent that whole week with my mother and missed school. She covered me in calamine lotion and made me soak in oatmeal. It went away pretty fast. Do not scratch it a lot. A young lady that I know used to scratch her legs a lot when she had chicken pox and it left a lot of scars on her legs. I would suggest just smacking where it itches.

Eating unhealthy food apparently contributed to it,

I ate a whole lot of wings the past week or so :mjcry:

Also coming into contact with someone who has it makes you ill
That doesn't really sound right.
Do you have shingles, or do you have chicken pox? Both diseases are a part of the herpes family, so they're caused by a virus (HHV3, I believe)
Teenage STD's :(
Neither chicken pox, nor shingles are stds.

Adopt healthy-living strategies
Your first line of defense is to choose a healthy lifestyle. Following general good-health guidelines is the single best step you can take toward keeping your immune system strong and healthy. Every part of your body, including your immune system, functions better when protected from environmental assaults and bolstered by healthy-living strategies such as these:

  • Don’t smoke.

  • Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and low in saturated fat.

  • Exercise regularly.

  • Maintain a healthy weight.

  • Control your blood pressure.

  • If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.

  • Get adequate sleep.

  • Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly.

  • Get regular medical screening tests for people in your age group and risk category.
