Advice on selling property: Should we get a realtor or sell it on our on?

Long story short. Aunt died last year. Had no will. We're in probate court. She own vacant house, vacant lots, and her own house. As you can imagine people write us all the time trying to buy it (but we can't sell it anyway until the court approves). But what's the best way to do it? Get a realtor or sell it on our own?
