I've been working for a discount store for the last few months between 2 and 3 days a week which is flexible with my other job as well as school during these few months my days have been dwindling down to about 2 to basically none. So as of yesterday i called to inquire about my schedule and the woman(who's an old white woman) told me she had to "let me go" due to the fact she didn't know my schedule and the "3 hours" (idk where she got that from but I called in on the days i had off there she told me she "didnt have hours for me" yet they had a now hiring sign on the driveway) that i was working wasn't cutting it and she gave what hours i had to someone else and she told me she had to let me go. I do honestly feel it was racially motivated because i went in there did what i was supposed to do i never goofed off or anything. And when i went in there today they told me that they were trying to reach me to see if i could come in to work but they didn't know my number after i told my co-workers my situation(majority of them are black ) they were
