AEW vs WWE shouldn’t even be a thing really lol

If WWE could tell a good story or multiple good stories at once then this shyt would not even be close. At all. I might not even have checked AEW out if WWE was doing what they were supposed to be doing lol. Now I’m watching AEW weekly and had to bush Raw, I peep the Roman stuff on Smackdown but overall that show mid as hell too All this shyt is self inflicted for Vince and co. Tearing up scripts before shows, repeat matches 3,4,5 weeks in a row, hiring writers with no wrestling experience or knowledge. Any storyline that even starts off interesting usually ends up botched. Remember the “Who tried to kill Roman” storyline


WWE has one of the greatest rosters ever (outside of maybe their 02-03 roster) right now and access to most of the greatest legends of all time and AEW has came in one year and got us comparing their TV demo ratings to Monday Night Raw. The flagship show that’s been on since 1993. Vince threw out HHH’s baby to be sacrificed and then been getting spanked damn near every week. I’m just ranting though in the end we know Vince gone Vince.

thats the wild thing. WWE can turn it up at any second and it would be no type of competition but they arent feeling it yet and i'm ok with that. whatever keeps AEW and other companies as true competition im all for. i will always watch wwe in some way shape or form and i'm down to watch anything else that looks good to me.

Its random matches...shyt gets old...also they have heel vs heel and face vs face matches

Id have random raw and smackdown stars...doing 6 months programs in nxt

WWE is always gonna be complacent because they are the brand name for all of wrestling in the country. AEW can explode, but WWE is like Kleenex or Band-Aid. They've basically had a record low every week for 5 years on the heels of 19 years of steady decline and they're rewarded more than ever with each reup. Why would they give a shyt now?

They started off hot, but then got corny.

They need to be using Rusev, need to be using the Revival. These ppl should be key lynchpins every week. I get that Jericho is still their main focus overall, but they're wasting their chances right now.

I bushed WWE over them hiring Hogan back with a disingenuous apology. They could have God in a storyline (again?) and I wouldnt watch and there people who havent stopped. Some watch both. All of that is fine but the "this vs that" narrative is dumb as fukk.
