This nikka really tried hard as shyt with cherrypicked stats to justify why New England wins. nikkas said Peyton never had a running game in later years. Brady has made running games look good by passing and getting up on teams. The Patriots have not had an elite back since Corey Dillon. Brady literally just passed 57 times tonight to win and is 6 and 2 in the playoffs doing it while everyone else is like 1 for 8 or something. They are that good.

I'll give you the NFC. The NFC has alot of parity. Anyone can win the NFC year to year. But this thread is about the afc. And if you think the afc has an ounce of parity or is any different than the eastern conference in the nba, or that the Browns of all teams have a realistic shot of making the Superbowl next year, than you've been drinking some Roger Goodall brainwash elixir.12 different teams have won a bowl since the year 2000. It's funny, because as much as LeBron has been dominating the east, Tom Brady has been running the AFC East and the AFC for a much much longer span of time than lbj's been running the east. You really wanna run down all the teams who have won the afc going back to 2000? We can do that, and than decide for yourself if there's parity in the AFC.

It’s not about an individual back. It’s about being able to run the ball effectively which the 5 guys on the line play a big role in too. The discussion isn’t about Brady or Manning either. The point was that the colts and broncos had been anywhere from bad to terrible at running ball, and they were. If you put a great back behind a terrible line, they’re not gonna look that great, and the colts usually had a line wholly inept at run blocking. The colts relied way too heavy on manning because they struggled to run the ball due to a poor offensive line and mediocre backs, and couldn’t play defense the majority of his time there.
