I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on ObamaCare, but I do know my co-pays have been steadily increasing, and my coverage is tightening.

Not sure if that has more to do with my state's budget going down the toilet, or Obama's legislation.

I heard a brotha on Black Agenda Radio talk about this a few months back saying there are three tiers of premiums with Obamacare that the poor won't be able to afford.

ok so the way out is to prove that you have to pay 8% or more of your income towards the insurance. now we have to determine the yearly cost of the insurance.

That's essentially the whole point. Obamacare requires all businesses with more than 50 employees to offer affordable health care plans.
