ADOS chapters are doing the work. Many do not watch Yvette or Tone weekly -- or at all. These are people who are serious about policies for ADOS and reparations for ADOS.

Do not let people who are obsessed with Tone, Yvette and their Twitter takes - make you think this isn't serious. Or think they represent what most who support the ADOS initiatives are doing and fighting for.

Exactly! No one cares about Tone and Yvette even though you have to salute them for being social media savvy and getting the momentum going. Other than no one see's them as any sort of leaders

We all know that. But, I just let them continue to say it. All we can do is worry about ourselves and let them be.

Like I've said before, I could never get through a full Yvette video. And I went out of my way to try,I just cant

This already voted on a national "study" last year. It was pretty big news. But its a study. Don't get too excited yet.

Last year: this is bullshyt, its just a national study not a check
This year: this study california state study is a resounding victory, going places our ancestors have never been before.


That said going about this from the state level is the right way to do it but people gotta make an agenda of trying to vote out incumbent democrats not on board.

Otherwise this isnt much more than single state pandering

I hope Dr Darity and Dr Hamilton are involved in some way. IMO, they need to be involved.

Also, there needs to be deadlines for these studies. In the meantime, I think it’s imperative that we continue to write our respective politicians and educate other Black Americans on reparations and the importance of them. Need to express and educate why this is something strictly needed for those with ties dating back to slavery, as it was our people that was left out of this nations wealth building during slavery and after.
