Ghana has been pushing to become the go-to destination for black ex-pats looking to travel back to Africa.
It seems like it's been working, people tell me Accra is rivaling and looking to gonna past up Lagos as the go-to party destination in Africa.
Understand with Ghana's not having a major ethnic conflict in its modern history, it's a lot more open to "pan-Africanism" than other African states. Hell, that's why Ghana is a much better functioning state than Nigeria.
