Is she an engineer? That is a very smartly designed home. 45k is very affordable is you have saved up toward retirement. It's funny white people talk about huts and shyt, my brother in law is from Ghana and his family lives in a gated apartment complex.

the design is dope as hell and functional as can be, it would be dope as hell is she could scale building those homes and if nothing but young brehs and brehettes bought them joints for 45000 and started lil young communities of entrepreneurs and builders (engineers, contractors, manufacturers etc).
