With all the documentaries, books, pictures, music videos and ish out there some people still don't know that Afro-Latinos exist :mindblown:

I swear this shyt feels like people are intentionally ignorant, I mean you can turn on a gotdamn baseball game and see tons of Afro-Latinos right there and then :francis:

No. Not true.

Only White Americans believe that Black means American only. White Americans call Black Dominicans and Black Puerto Ricans, Hispanic. As if those two groups are the same as Mexicans, but different than Haitians.

:stopitslime: More like only white Americans believe black means African American (and African) only.
That may be true as well but I've seen PLENTY of posts on here that supports my claim

That is because a lot of people on here don't think about the narrative that the White American media pushes about who is Black. Tomorrow night when the World Series starts, watch how many of the Black baseball players from Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic the announcers refer to as Hispanic. You can see with your own eyes that the players are Black, but they are not referred to as Black. The American Black players would be referred to as Black, which is the narrative pushed when the media talk about how many Black players are in major league baseball. Well the Dominican players are Black, but people are acting like they are not.

You're right, but he is too. There are a lot of black people that are not aware of their history.
