The irony here is that the posters saying that he wasn't really broke are corrrect. But at the same time, the posters saying he's in deep shyt are also correct.

It was always an either or situation:

Either he's really "broke" and doesn't have the money to pay the lawsuit judgements.

Or he's not broke and is risking perjury just not to pay.

I was convinced he wouldn't risk jail time over something like this so after initial reports came in, I was convinced he really didn't have the funds.
