After a little over 1 month, GTA V is boring...

Never thought I'd say that a month ago...but I havent played it much it in almost a week and have no desire to do so.

It's sad b/c it's a really great looking game with alot of positives.

But I think all the driving around, repetitive missions, etc have just made it boring for me. I think the story mode was good...though it dragged a bit, but after you beat it there's not much to do...EXCEPT more driving to try and deliver something to your business you bought, or driving to catch someone who stole from your business. Driving, driving, driving...the same parts of the map. Driving 4-5 miles in a big slow ass semi-truck. Just get's after a while.


And in online mode, It's like you spend all your time doing the same thing over and over and over to make money.....I wanted a fun videogame.....not real life.

Yeah. I beat it and I'm done with it. I have no desire to go back and play anymore.

Played online for about an hour and that got old quick too.

Why do folks feel that a game has to be played for eternity to not bytch about them? Is it not enough that the games of today actually put forth sincere efforts of content within a game to be able to play for lengthier periods of time, if you choose to do so and if you choose not to, then just move on to the next game sans the bytching tho? When did it become mandate that every game HAS TO have a zenith of content and replayability when there are literally 1000s of other games out there to play and an already substantial lack of time to actually play them all thru and true? Did I miss that memo?

I feel like I got my money's worth. Between the single player and the hours online (prolly most hours I ever logged in one single game) I'm satisfied but I'm completely burnt out on it. Haven't played since last Tuesday and have no desire to. Bring on next gen

2 totally different games, competitive multiplier will always have more replay value then single player games, a new thread about a single player game without replay value in made every month

Yea think I'm done with GTA V for a while. I picked up Gran Turismo 5 same time so I'll give that a go for a while
