After Democratic shutdown, Fla. Republicans pass new congressional map that kills Black district

Democrats tried to fight against it with a shutdown of Congress--because both sides are the same of course
--but ultimately lost the standoff.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — The Florida House passed a new congressional map Thursday just after Democratic legislators shut down the state's special legislative session for more than an hour with a pray-in and a sit-in inside the chamber.
The chamber passed the map just before 1 p.m. as two Black Democratic members shouted a call-and-response chant in opposition. The new map was drawn at the insistence of Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, who demanded the elimination of a Black-heavy congressional seat; Democrats say the redrawn districts unravel Black political power in the state. The Senate voted Wednesday to pass the map.
Any word from the honorable Tariq Nasheed. After all Democrats are worse for black people and this is the side he agrees with.

THIS is what conservatism around the world is all about folks. This is what yall are rooting for when you choose to not vote qnd run smear campaigns against "liberals." You are working to eliminate any political power we have to change anything in the future and hand it over to racist yee haw cacs to pick all the politicians and change all the laws. It ain't about God and family, it's about racism, power, and discriminstion.
THIS is what it looks like when an entire political party and ideology actively works towards leaving black Americans politically powerless and "replaced." It ain't Joe Biden or Kamala Harris tweeting about the Asian community during national Asia week, it comes in the form of pen, paper and laws on the books signed by the politicians who simply want to do it. No whacky conspiracies about "buffer classes" or "subtle white supremacy" needed.
It's almost as if the usual "black manhood" militants are actually deeply insecure right leaning conservatives who hate liberalism far more than white supremacy. Using militant rhetoric to push their own agendas.
