This was the year for his rookie class to get their extensions. Next year they can either sign outright, explore restricted free agency where the Pistons can match another teams offer, or Ivey can accept a 1 year qualifying offer and after that year he becomes an unrestricted free agent. Whoever said that on 97.1, rather caller or host, is an idiot. He's done nothing too show he's anywhere near a max player and I don't think any of his draft class besides Paulo, Chet and JWill has signed a max deal. Ivey still got a bunch to prove coming off that injury. Hopefully he does, since it would be the easiest route for the team.
I can't see him being signed for the max he just isn't worth it play is inconsistent and always hurt

Cade and Ivey need to play together. Not rotate PG minutes. Ivey isn’t a PG and Cade needs help in starting lineup with scoring load. Jenkins should be primary backup PG

Lavert is the biggest problem/miss match fit on roster. Lavert and Ivey do the same thing. And both aren’t good defenders.
