Right and I'm not saying every neighborhood is like this but I picked a good location it is a coveted neighborhood.
The base price is my house raised by 45K since I signed my contract. I know the market is crazy right now but I'm just glad I got in when I did.

Just hope your neighbors dont have big azz trees in their yards ..
I hate the yard work. Cutting grass, pulling weeds out of the flower bed, etc. Just make sure you save up money for when things break and you will be fine. I don't know where you stay but I would look into flood insurance.
