Yeah Supes is too OP to even fukk with someone like Batman in most situations to be perfectly honest. Bats is rich blah blah blah but if Superman wanted to be richer, leeeeeeets be honest. He could.

Easy.. He has a posthumous contingency for his death if killed by Superman eye lasers. Which he get's Alfred to rebuild Amazo and kill all of Flash loved ones, which proceeds to Flash doing a flashpoint.... Resets the whole timeline, then comes back and super violates Superman
