Yall know any tonics, tinctures, potions, teas?

Workout before work

Change your workout routine and do body weight/running outside of work before you go home

Should examine what your diet is during the week, and maybe try to see what you should reduce or eliminate. That makes more sense than trying to figure out which supplement to take.

How long is your commute each way?

I used to work out before work, then take a nap
Once I got off. And I was still productive for the evening. I don’t have kids though

I feel you bro. Every since I turn 35, I’ve been slowly becoming tired after work. I use to bounce right back into the fukkery after work but now, I’m like “where the bed at”

What does help is working out in the morning. If you have work at 7, get up at 5 and get a walk/run in, hit some weights. That morning routine sets the tone for the day (Personally speaking).
