Age is really just a state of mind

I’ve been thinking heavy on this. It’s something I’ve heard throughout my life but never paid it any mind to really dissect it.

But i turn 30 in 2 weeks. And realistically there will be no difference in me 2 weeks from now and today.

Whatever health im in rn will remain the same. Looks, wardrobe etc. the same.

Age is a mindset. Not what you really are.
