I think both Friday and House Party are generational classics.
House Party 2 and Next Friday are good for some laughs but not on the same level as the first films. I personally feel there were more laughs in Next Friday than House Party 2 so that bumps it up.
I have no real memories of House Party 3, but Friday After Next again wasn't as good as it's two predecessors, but it was still good for a few laughs.

Yeah the first of both trilogies are classic
House Party 2 was good but not as great as the first one
I didn’t really like Next Friday and between the two second ones, I like House Party 2 more than Next Friday
Same goes for the third ones, House Party 3

Class Act is a classic and definitely better than House Party 2
HP1 and 2 are so good, and HP3 just seemed wacky as fukk to me and there was a tone shift to fit the 93/94 "hardcore" era.
I may be in the minority but Friday 2 and 3 aren't that great to me. Like they feel like extended Comicview routines rather than a legit movie that is a comedy like the first one.
