Don't you think LLMs (or something more advanced) can potentially provide much of the needed expertise? The real question is, who will reap the benefits of the Africa boom?
Much of Africa still developing its infrastructure at a time of transition to renewables(climate change) and AI/automation can put it at an advantage since it doesn't need to do away with legacy systems/infrastructure. But they still lack investment and realistically may not have all the expertise yet. Enter China and the West. Hopefully leaders have learned from past centuries and ensure that local companies and expertise are built up.
not every african country is at war.Africa won't get ahead until we stop fighting each other. We got the resources, work ethics and the will power to make some magic but wars, greed and western political influences are holding us back.
Wrong, Africa needs more fighting, more guns, and more revolutions. the problem is only the wrong people have access to guns.Africa won't get ahead until we stop fighting each other. We got the resources, work ethics and the will power to make some magic but wars, greed and western political influences are holding us back.
