A weekly example of how we’re witnessing the restructuring of society right in front of our eyes.

During Covid, there were other examples of AI being utilized moving pallets and stuff. This is only the beginning.

This has been happening around warehouses for a while.

Every job they can try to take away from the people they will. They don't want you to have anything. Companies like BlackRock want to own everything.

Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Computers will take away a lot of tech jobs. It programs itself and a person can't think fast enough for it

Everybody is just helping build the system that will destroy society right now.

You think AI will be able to detect dope and sex workers :patrice:

*generated by R1-1776

Drug Trafficking Detection

  1. Advanced Camera & Sensor Systems:
    • Hyperspectral Imaging: Imagine a special camera that can "see" materials (like drugs) hidden inside objects. It works by detecting unique light patterns that drugs emit, even through walls or packaging.
    • Thermal Sensors: These detect unusual heat (e.g., from drug-producing labs) in shipping containers or buildings.
    • Vibration Sensors: Track tiny movements in cargo (like shaking during transport) that might signal hidden compartments.
  2. Analyzing Shipping Data:
    • AI flags suspicious shipments by comparing details like weight, route changes, or fake paperwork. For example, if a "banana shipment" weighs far more than it should, AI raises an alert.
  3. Detecting Chemical Traces:
    • Wastewater Testing: AI checks sewage water for drug residues to locate neighborhoods where drugs are made or sold.
    • Air Sampling: Chemical sensors in ports or airports "sniff" the air for traces of drugs.
  4. Energy Monitoring:
    • AI detects unusually high electricity use in homes or warehouses (common in labs that make drugs).

Sex Work Detection

  1. Online Activity Analysis:
    • Language Patterns: AI scans ads or messages for code words (e.g., "massage" or specific emojis) often linked to illegal services.
    • Image Recognition: Identifies repeating backgrounds or faces in online ads (e.g., the same room in multiple photos).
  2. Financial Tracking:
    • AI spots small, frequent payments at odd hours (e.g., midnight transactions) or patterns similar to known exploitation cases.
  3. Location Data:
    • AI links short-term rental bookings (like Airbnb) with spikes in taxi rides to suspect areas, flagging possible organized activities.
  4. Surveillance Systems:
    • Gait Analysis: Cameras detect unique walking styles of individuals repeatedly visiting certain areas (controversial and prone to errors).

Tools Used in Both Cases

  • Drones/Robots: Equipped with sensors or cameras to autonomously patrol borders or cities, scanning for hidden drugs or suspicious behavior.
  • Cryptocurrency Tracking: AI traces illegal payments made via Bitcoin or other digital currencies.

Challenges & Risks

  • Privacy Concerns: Cameras, location tracking, or financial monitoring could invade personal privacy.
  • Bias: AI might unfairly target certain groups if trained on incomplete or biased data (e.g., linking race to crime).
  • Adaptation: Criminals may find new ways to trick AI systems, requiring constant updates.

Why This Matters

While these methods could help stop illegal activities, they rely on balancing safety with ethics. For example, thermal cameras in public spaces might catch drug labs but also monitor innocent people. Clear rules and transparency are vital to prevent misuse.
In short, AI could act like a super-powered detective, connecting hidden clues across data, sensors, and online activity—but society must decide how to use this power responsibly.

Ain't gonna work in the LTL world. Too slow and can't even stack pallets .2566 lbs max, good lucking moving a 3k tote of hazmat. AI bills per hour would be so low he would be fired lol

Borg Pallet Mover 01 Pro

The Pallet Mover 01 Pro is an AI integrated autonomous pallet mover equipped with high load omnidirectional wheels for easy movement. It also features an automated fork width adjustment, allowing it to adapt seamlessly to different pallet sizes.

For a more cost effective option, our standard version comes with fixed fork width and conventional wheels, making it an affordable solution for warehouses and factories looking to streamline operations

The Autonomous Pallet Mover continuously learns and improves with use. Over time, it becomes more efficient in navigation, pallet handling, and overall operation, making it smarter and more reliable with every task

pallet stacker next!

@borgrobotic
Yes we plan to realease end of year 4th quarter. Our pallet mover will come sooner.

Great to see robotics innovation expanding beyond humanoids!

The diversity of applications—whether in logistics, manufacturing, or beyond—drives the entire industry forward. More specialized solutions mean a stronger ecosystem for automation.

5/11
@borgrobotic
We’re focused on both generalized and specialized robots. Both have there place in the industrial sector.

6/11
@JordanReckerr
How much do they cost?

7/11
@borgrobotic
Will release more on the price as we get closer to release.

@Oxygon2046
Yeah, wait until it meets an average American pallet... You want to use this inside your building, fine it sounds great, you control your palettes. but when you see the pallets come off trucks... this thing ain't going to do nothing with those.

@ManufactureGuy
How much for the "standard version"?

10/11
@RichardUrw29971
Warehouses are never that clean...hope the Bots can overcome a small pallet wood or nails...

@nevilhulspas
Nice hardware but what about the software? How does it know where to go etc?

Automate horizontal pallet movements and conveyor picking with BALYO robotic stackers.

The Lowy robotic stacker can handle tasks in inbound/outbound lanes, staging areas, conveyor picking, production environments, and low-level racking. It has a base capacity of 1600 kg (3500 lbs) and can lift up to 4 meters (13 feet), working with both open and closed-type pallets.

Our first mission at Borg is to help restore America's industrial and manufacturing strength with the help of our Ai integrated robots.

In this video, you'll see our autonomous pallet jack and our modular humanoid robot Borg 01 in action. Borg 01 modular design enables autonomous switching between a bipedal and wheeled base, as well as interchangeability of end effectors.

We're gearing up to launch three robots in late Q2 including the pallet jack, the humanoid Borg 01, and one more yet to be announced. Stay tuned. Built in Detroit.

@R2rule1
They look very efficient.
I hope your manufacturing industry can see that walking robot are only for shows, not for working areas.

3/11
@borgrobotic
Agree. We will have a bipedal version but when a wheeled base can be used use one. Efficiency and speed!

4/11
@ChrisWithRobots
That looks excellent. I do suggest using that mobile base as a place for the robot to carry cargo, so it doesn't always need to hold it in its hands.

5/11
@borgrobotic
Well definitely keep that in mind!

Awesome tech. We’ll all know AI has reached its pinnacle when the humanoid is seen ‘flipping off’ the pallet jack for not placing closer to the belt

@TheAIVeteran
I've been waiting for this video. It is some of the most efficient factory robot footage I've seen. Well done!

11/11
@borgrobotic
Thanks, yes when you can use a wheeled base use one.
