I'll say this,
I was much happier in my younger days before I dived deep into the history books and the research.
I was much happier when I was ignorant and focused on playing sports, getting fly, and chasing women.
Ignorance is truly bliss.
I was much happier before I understood that black nations are the modern-day plantations and America is the modern-day big house.
Studying history aint did shyt for me except break my spirit.

Just know that certain people did not become “master capitalists” because of the free market or because of how civilized they were(quite then contrary) or because they were good at commerce. 4 major occasions starting with Rome prove other wise and various coups(even modern day) prove that they need violence to compete, if you can even call it competing

Not gonna lie, I went thru a period where I had hate in my heart for the ancestors for how many L's they took
Like nikkas lost so many wars, lost so many kingdoms, lost religions, lost so many territories, lost cultures, lost languages, lost identities, connections to 1000+ years of history discarded via slavery
I grew out of it, but I was legit angry and overwhelmed.
I'm still overwhelmed, but I'm not angry anymore.
I guess it’s all about how you approach it. Think about it, your ancestors were strong enough to endure the worst of the worst. We know better than any one; To be a “minority” in America is to become hard, without and within.
