It makes sense for the purpose of what they're using it for.....yet..give me a regular GTR anyday, can't imagine driving this one on the road..where's my b1tch going to sit

Its Stripped and still weighs almost 4,000 pounds. :smh:
It's all-wheel drive chassis. The axles and driveshaft are heavy all around or they would break.
The unibody frame is heavy so they would need to replace a couple of the panels to really make a dent into the weight reduction, namely the floorpan, roof, hood, trunk lid, door panels, and quarterpanels. Carbon fiber drive shaft would help too.
