Problem is unlike 9/11 people are recording so in some instances I can see a person who is potentially debating whether or not to take a dude out but decides against it because of the verifiable repercussions...idk not a good precedent

Recording a street fight or a shooting makes sense. You can give that video to the police or testify in court. In an airplane you're going to die and your phone is going to burn up with you.
