As far as Tommy mottola and Michael Jackson, he had to downplay that cause he could get sued for defimation. I would have done the same thing. That was michaels issue, not his. He just gave him a platform.

Once you name someone specifically, you better have proof because you can get sued for defamation. Tommy could have caused Al to lose his orginization from losing to a defamation case, which Tommy could have won easily since there was no proof. This isnt the streets, all you need is a good case and the could have ended Al with the quickness. Al was smart to say he had no part in naming tommy as a racist. Tommy didnt have to sue michael, just fukk up his album sells some sort of way, then find a way to get that publishing.
