Kool g rap : Rawkus album
If the original was left intact and included the next g rap meets west coast gangsta rap contemporary series of records starting on live and let die were left off with snoop were still on the track list. It would have been a classic.
Jayz volume two and three
If the jiggy records were omitted like girls like or remixed with better cultural direction and not blatant defjam old school biter based crash crew production style lifts from the sugar hill era. That also featured blatant biting of rnb and pop mew wave hits. Which are viewed as culturally taboo. Those two would be classics. Volume three would be a classic if it had all the records made included on it and removed the record with amil hook.
Tical : If we got the original actual tocal that was allegedly compromised because of flood or fire. Of which after all this time I can not remember readily if qtip had a flood or fire. Or if the Wu had a flood or fire. Which both events left rap culturally defenseless in that era when jiggy MCA uptown eay based commercial sellouts were trying to cripple actual hiphop culture. So it left the new rap cultural protectors no actual stockpile.of weapons to cultural save face or defend it self in the pocket of the situation.
Both losses are situations pivotal in why the quality of rap declined in execution of skill and culturally as well.
I would have to think of these some more.
Also, are people taking just the source reputable classics. Or taking into account the source was compromised from the original contributors as well. Of which I came up with everyday, damn near after school in high school with scoop Jackson as well.
So, can the thread starter supply some criteria for what type of thread this is. Is this a real cultural skilled expressed classic thread. Or just based around the general source list of classics near classics.
As real talk,...i can discuss this either way and thoroughly give the definitive answers.
