Albums you tried to force yourself to like...

I tried. It had some dope shyt on it but man the whole thing was all over the place. How you go from "No Church in the wild" which was one of the best songs that year to that Beyonce track. From the very start it was some weird shyt. This was Jay x Kanye...I had to like it but still couldn't.

Tupac is at worst the 2nd best rapper ever to me. But other than like 3-4 songs, I can't take this album. The beats are so wack to me. I tried every different approach to trying to like this, but just couldn't.

Another one which was all over the place. I even tried the whole "this shyt is too advanced for me" but that didn't work either. Actually, a lot of the weak Wu-Tang related albums could come into here, including the majority of Rae's shyt.

i can't get into Tical 2000 tho, no matter how many times i try i never sit through it.

i haven't tried too hard but i will never get the deal with this trap shyt. wack rhymes over repetitive beats, i don't see the appeal at all when there's shyt that's just as hard and grimey that has decent (or even good/great) lyrics and beats that aren't 808s & one finger melodies

At this point if it is NOT GBE/OTF/300/600, then you really have to strap me onto a chair and force me to listen, because I have ZERO interest in anything else...

I am probably missing out on some good underground stuff, but in the mainstream, I have no interest in J Cole, Wale, Asap Mob, Kendrick Lamar, Drake and etc...

I don't hate it...I am just indifferent and apathetic to their movements...They just don't move me to either hate or love...Nothing but neutrality...
