They shouldn't charge him. He probably felt aggrieved at the TSA's pestering and made a facetious threat.

i almost did this once... way before 9/11 tho.. i heard a comedian tell a joke and i thought it would be funny to say it again.. cause clearly it would have been a joke right

tsa - "did anyone pack your bags for you"

me/comedian - "ah yes.. actually this arab guy in a turban.. i never met him before but he said he just wanted me to carry a few things on for him"




me being like 12, it would seem like a funny thing to do... luckily my mom stopped me at "ah yes" or i would have been sitting in some room for 8 hours, explaining why i told a joke

how aldon didn't learn this by his 20s, i'll never know
