I agree, I dont think we should champion the people you mentioned now but the stakes are too high to disregard anyone with a large enough voice on the conservative side to sway opinion that is now advocating for removing Trump from power. We can deal with them later. Nobody is going to forget how we got here. Energy should be spent on how we get out.
