When you make a purchase, is the amount withdrawn from your bank account exactly the same as the amount you agreed on, or is it plus or minus two to three dollars?

The reason I ask, is because I recently made 3 transactions. I have the email confirmations saying how much I was going to be charged, but then my online banking shows that I was actually charged a different, yet similar, amount for all 3 transactions. I believe that I already accounted for the Alibaba fee and the potential tax, but if those things aren't what made my charge be two to three dollars more, then what else could it be?

I figured that if it were fraud, then I would probably have six charges instead of just the three (3 legitimate ones for the amount that I agreed upon, and then three other charges for similar, yet different, amounts).

Are y'all understanding what I'm asking?

you got fleeced somehow if you don’t see a charge for it.

Usually processing fees show up as so

I would expect that it is the fluctuation between usd and rmb from the listed price and the time the transaction actually goes thru.
