Agreed with everything you just said. That girl can't hold a note to save her life, and is always off key. She plays a good piano and is eye candy though.

Always has been but she's always had this artsy/humble aura so people just keep it to themselves..she tries to be one of those artist's artists and it came off corny even back then

And the people that don't feel like that are suckered into her singles...she chooses those pseudo soulful singles well

Basically. I agree Alicia Keys has fallen off something serious in recent, but with so many overrated and/or flatout c00nish artists in mainstream urban music, she doesn't rank among the most overrated.

Throw 2 Chainz and Rick Ross in there too.

i know..... me and my people was in here in tears just now listening to the snap crackle and pop......i think she be to high on top of the fact she cant already sing

if you think about it she is talented as far as playing piano and writing but as a artist she is one of the most succesful industry plants i have ever seen

But, she is a boring artist who can not really sing and can not perform.

Her latest album sounds like she made it for 50 year old white women.
