Alien Isolation was probably the most slept on game last year by many.
Playing through it again on Nightmare. My personal GOTY.
It was unfairly scrutinized by some media outlets, imo.
Reviewer on IGN complained of it being too hard but the kicker is he was playing on Hard difficulty.

The random AI and the fact you couldn't blow up everything that moved turned off some people, but that's particularly why I enjoyed it.
That uncertainty of not knowing when that thing was popping out of a vent to say hi and the feeling you get whenever you
scarcely avoided being found and make it to a save station.

Crew that made it says they've discussed a sequel and that's it on the table.
I hope it's greenlit.
