Of course it can, that's the exact point. It's not that he can't rap, you just don't like his chosen style, that's fine, personally was always a big Big Syke fan and loved the style.
Yeah it just doesn't work for me. Which is why I put Street Dreams ahead of it plus I just like Nas more as a rapper than Pac so you give me three dope Nas verses over a dope beat I'm going to always go in that direction
