I will confirm that a lot of homeowners in my neighborhood are always looking for good quality landscapers. I paid my previous guy $80 a month ( he came 2x a month and wanted to come once a week but I like my grass 4-5inches) . He moved. New guy we have charges $120 (comes 2x a month).we also paid about $300 for him to remove 2 small trees. So you can definitely get your hustle on if you read up on grass. My boy I grew up is in that business. He got it out the mud too, both his parents died of AIDS. Now he owns his own rubbish removal business. Owns three houses, two in NYC and one in Florida.
