He either has some type of arrhythmia, or this is from travel with his long ass limbs not getting enough blood flow

I doubt it’s from a heart issue (AFib) but you never know. Leaning towards travel issues with that long ass frame. If he has a DVT then they’re obviously worried about stroke risk and why it formed in general. Shut him down
