All things considered.......Jay seems like a real nice guy

Even the way he deals with business, he's very forgiving (reached out to Dame not too long ago, gave Beans a second chance, made up with Rae and the Wu)

Look how he made up with Nas and all that.

You cant deny, hes a very good role model for how adult individuals should conduct themselves.

I don't think he's a nice guy. He's a shrewd business man with too much to lose to do any dirt publicly. All those moves the OP talked about protect his business, his brand, and his image.
